Please feel free to speak to any staff member or doctor about ideas or changes that you feel could improve the care that we give you.  We also welcome positive feedback about the things we do well.

We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you may contact the Health Complaints Commissioner on 1300 582 113 between 9am and 5pm (Monday to Friday) or lodge a complaint using their online form.
