AutoMed Systems

Kew General Practice uses an online booking system called AutoMed Systems (AMS).

You can access AMS:

• 🌐 Via our website: www.kewgp.com.au

• 📱 By downloading the AMS Connect app from the App Store or Google Play

Once downloaded:

1. Search for Kew General Practice

2. Click Select

3. Enter your:

   • Date of Birth

   • First Name

   • Last Name

   • Mobile Number

4. ✔ Tick the Terms and Conditions

SMS Invoices & Online Payments

Kew General Practice now sends invoices via SMS through

• 📩 An SMS will be sent to patients with a registered mobile number

• The message includes a secure link to current and/or overdue invoices

• 🔐 You will be asked to verify your identity using your date of birth

• 💳 You can then view and pay your invoice online

Other payment options:

• Direct deposit (bank details on invoices)

• Credit card over the phone

• In person at the Practice

Important: Legitimate SMS Messages

• ✅ All messages will ALWAYS come from the same number: 📞 0447 489 201

• This number is also used for:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Clinical recalls

  • Medicare benefit assignment notifications (bulk-billed phone consults)

📲 We recommend saving this number in your contacts as“Kew GP Notification”
