It's time to say goodbye - PAUL FLOOD

After 21 years of working at Kew GP, and fifty years since graduation, it is time for me to move on from General Practice.
I have decided to spend more time with my family, especially with a first grandchild due in Vienna in May.
Additionally, I will continue part-time locum work caring for First Nation Australians in Aboriginal Medical Services in rural and remote Australia.
It has been a wonderful and rewarding time being a GP/Family Doctor at Kew General Practice, which has encompassed sharing so many stories and life events via our trusting relationships.
I have learnt so much from you all about acceptance, resilience, perseverance, and the determination to “get on with living”.
I thank all of you for those very special moments and times, and for placing your trust in me. As a GP it has been so important for me to see people negotiate health issues, recover and move on.
KGP will be hosting a window of opportunity if patients would like to come down and say goodbye to Paul in person:
When: Friday 27th March 2026
Time: 2pm – 3pm
