Why register for MyMedicare?

MyMedicare is a free, voluntary registration that links you to your preferred GP practice to support continuity of care.

Mental health care: Medicare rebates require your Mental Health Treatment Plan, referral to be provided by your usual medical practitioner or an eligible practitioner at your MyMedicare-registered practice.
Chronic condition care plans: Registered patients must access their plans and reviews through their registered practice.
Longer telehealth consultations: Available with your registered practice, where eligible.
Better coordinated care: Supports more consistent, personalised healthcare.
Aged care support: Eligible residents may benefit from more regular GP visits and improved care planning
